Average home price was CNY 10258 per square meter in 100 Chinese cities in June, rising by 0.77 percent over May; the growth rate was 0.04 percentage points lower than a month ago. It was the 13th straight month the price went up. The price gained in 71 of the cities and fell in 29 cities, according to the China Index Academy.
The home price in the 100 cities went up 7.4 percent year on year in June, and the growth rate was 0.5 percentage points higher than a month earlier.
Home price in ten major cities was CNY 17376 per square meter, rising by 1.01 percent month on month or 9.93 percent over the period last year.
