Chung Hung Steel, one of the major re-rollers in Taiwan announced to cut its export prices for hot rolled coils (HRC) and cold rolled coils (CRC) by US$10~US$20/ton for August, mainly to reflect lower market prices.
After the adjustment, its HRC and CRC export prices drop to US$520~US$530/ton FOB and US$630~US$640/ton FOB respectively.
However, Chung Hung Steel remained its list prices for HRC and CRC unchanged for at NT$18,300/ton and NT$21,300/ton for July.
