Nationwide Mutual Insurance will implement Guidewire PolicyCenter as its underwriting and policy administration system and Guidewire BillingCenter for its property and casualty insurance lines.
The upgradation of its underwriting, policy administration and billing system will offer optimum services to its members and agents, said the insurer.
Additionally, the company is already deploying Guidewire ClaimCenter for claims handling for all property & casualty lines of business.
It will enable the firm to launch a new insurance product in the market quickly and accurately, making it easier for independent and exclusive agents to acquire and service businesses quickly, enhance operational efficiency through proactive workload management and automation, claims Guidewire.
Nationwide Mutual Insurance executive vice president and chief information officer Michael Keller said, "InsuranceSuite will help us continue to enhance service and grow our business."
